Maryland Monday

The weather is so grey out. Here ares some more pictures from Fall!

Do you know where they were taken?

NOT in Maryland...but close by....

Maryland Monday

Continuing last week's theme of traveling to one of Maryland's close neighbors, here's a couple of pictures from Virginia.

Maryland Monday

One of the advantages of Maryland is how close it is to fun things in other states. {grin}

Here I am on Virginia's Skyline Drive, overlooking the Shenandoah Valley.

Do you recognize what I'm holding in my hands? I can assure you, when you throw them, they go a loooooong way! They're heavy!

Have you been to Kensington, Maryland, yet, to see the Festival of Lights, and attend a concert?

There's still time!

Fells Point, with authentic (your car will testify to that!) cobblestones. Always a pleasant location to visit.

Maryland Monday

These pictures were taken on November 4. You never know what you will find when you visit the Inner Harbor.

We found a Swedish Tall Ship that had come to visit, and we stopped to listen to its crew sing. What fun!

If you look carefully, you will see sailors in the rigging.

The sailors are HIGH above the deck!

This might give you an idea of how high they were.

Maryland Monday

Of course, I have to post pictures taken last Wednesday, at Baltimore's Inner Harbor, in front of the Maryland Science Center.

We took these in preparation for our Client Appreciation Party. It was a stunningly beautiful day.

You never know what you will see sailing into the Inner Harbor.

Baltimore

(These pictures were taken before it was completely surrounded by buildings...)

Maryland Monday

If you missed the Tall Ships in the Inner Harbor this year, don't despair. They will come back. It doesn't happen every year, but it happens regularly.

And - there are other ships that visit in addition to the tall ships.

It is always worth the visit to Baltimore when they come.

Maryland Monday

The Maryland countryside is breathtakingly beautiful.

If you want to do something fun one day, just drive the byways of Maryland.

You never know exactly what you will find, but you WILL find beauty.

Whole Foods has come to Town Center, Columbia! They refurbished and revitalized the old Rouse Building on the Lakefront, and it is gorgeous!

It's also popular (it is very crowded in there).

Open 7 am - 10 pm every day!
