The event will take participants through the town of Crumpton; where they will be doused with colored powder along the way, then finish the race in the splash zone. This 90-minute course is designed to improve strength, endurance, balance and mental fortitude. No two classes are alike, so you will always be challenged. Expect a core conditioning and body strength-training workout that is low impact and totally different from regular yoga. No paddling experience necessary but a basic knowledge of yoga is helpful. Participants must be able to swim.
