We’re a volunteer-run nonprofit arts festival best known for hosting amazing, huge unjuried arts festivals. Art is selected first-come, first-served. Thousands visit to see new art.

Murder at the Mansion Dessert Theater (Gaithersburg)
The audience helps solve a crime during an interactive murder mystery. Dessert buffet and cash bar 

Downrigging Weekend Tall Ship and Wooden Boat Festival (Chestertown)
Visit historic Chestertown for the Mid-Atlantic's largest annual gathering of tall ships, schooners and historic wooden boats. 

The International Gem and Jewelry Show (Timonium)
The International Gem & Jewelry Show-Timonium will feature all types of gems and jewelry. This is the place where visitors can see and choose from an amazing collection of gems, jewelry and mineral. 

Trick or Treat through Literary History (Frederick)
walk through history and meet costumed characters from literature classics such as Oz, Anne of Green Gables. Bring a bag to fill with goodies.

Wine on the Beach (Ocean City)
Wine tasting, arts and crafts, food and beer sales, live entertainment. 

Cosmic Driving Range Halloween Bash at Swan Point (Issue)
Each evening we turn on the driving range with a Cosmic Party of light, sound, music and surprises! All ages and skill levels welcome

AuduBoo! (Chevy Chase)
A family-friendly, nature-themed Halloween event for all ages! Stroll the woods at Woodend Nature Sanctuary and enjoy animal encounters and treat stations along well-lit trails. Afterwards, come inside the mansion for goodies and visit craft stations. Costumes not required, but encouraged! AuduBoo! will take place rain or shine. 

BricknFire Boo Fest (Catonsville)
A free-admission Halloween festival sponsored by BricknFire Pizza Co and The Breadery with music, kids costume contest, pumpkin painting and more! 

Flashlight Night Hike: What are Those Sounds? (Woodstock)
We'll be listening and searching for nocturnal wildlife in the Conservancy's meadows and woods. Bring your flashlight! Check website if weather is uncertain.

Pumpkin Rock N' Roll (Kensington)
 Join us this Halloween for a spooky afternoon of music, games, food, and fun at the first ever Pumpkin Rock N’ Roll! On Saturday, October 31st, Warner Circle Park in Kensington, MD will be transformed into a full-blown Halloween extravaganza. Participate in a fun costume contest and parade, and enjoy family-friendly attractions including festival-style musical performances, food trucks, inflatable rides and slides and a rock wall. Don’t miss the main event: The Pumpkin Roll, a derby race of Halloween pumpkins-turned-boxcars.
