Columbia, MD non-profit, National Family Resiliency Center (NFRC), is hosting their 11th annual 5K For Families event. The event will start at 8 a.m. on Saturday, September 19th at the Columbia Lakefront,directly across from Columbia Mall near Clyde’s Restaurant and Whole Foods. All ages are invited to participate with awards and trophies given out to winners in various age categories.
